About Feedi

Feedi is feedback collection for indie mobile developers who want to hear from their users without shipping a heavy SDK or surrendering their users' privacy.

Why Feedi exists

Most feedback and product-analytics tools were built for large web teams. They assume a heavy SDK, a bundled UI widget, device tracking, and a support desk you have to staff. For a solo developer shipping a focused mobile app, that is far too much surface area — and it quietly works against the privacy you promised your users. Feedi starts from the opposite end: the smallest possible thing that still lets you hear from the people using your app.

What Feedi is

Feedi is a headless, privacy-first feedback service. You add a lightweight SDK to your iOS or Android app, design the feedback moment in your own UI, and send submissions through a small write key. Feedback lands in a focused dashboard where you can read, tag, and route it — to email, signed webhooks, or GitHub Issues. There is no widget to theme, no analytics to configure, and nothing tracking your users in the background.

What we believe

Three principles shape every decision. Stay lightweight, because the SDK ships inside your app and inspectability is part of the promise. Stay honest about data, because trust is the whole point — we store only what you send, never screenshots, device identifiers, or hidden analytics. And stay narrow, because a tool that does one job well is worth more to an indie developer than a platform that does ten jobs adequately.

Where your data lives

You choose your data region when you create your account: the EU or the US. Feedback you collect is stored in the region you pick. We keep the wording precise on purpose — we say feedback data is stored in your chosen region rather than making broad claims about every layer of the stack.

Who builds it

Feedi is built and run by an independent developer. That means support is personal and direct, the roadmap stays opinionated, and there is no growth team trying to bolt tracking onto a product whose entire pitch is the absence of it.

Where it's headed

Feedi is early and intentionally shallow. The near-term focus is making the core loop excellent — fast setup, clean SDKs, a calm inbox, and dependable delivery — before adding breadth. When the product grows, it will grow in ways that keep the lightweight, privacy-first promise intact. If something here would be useful to you, the contact page is the best way to shape what comes next.
